A message from Javier
I have recently retired as DelDOT’s Chief of Construction and throughout the course of my career I have developed strong construction management skills necessary to oversee various capital improvement projects for the State of Delaware. I have managed engineers, technicians, spoken at public workshops, met with politicians, addressed the media and I am fluent in both English and Spanish.
I understand the importance of project delivery and the Critical Path Method tool to effectively monitor the progress of the work. I have managed with great success DelDOT’s multi-million-dollar Statewide Capital Improvement Program over the last five years. I was responsible for overseeing the financing for the program making sure that all projects were kept on budget and had all the required funds necessary for all phases of construction.
I have strong credentials in collaboration, communications and on-time delivery of high-quality projects. I look forward to working with you.
